CFZYJ80
The most compact unit — Ø400 mm piles, only 900 mm from walls, under low ceilings.
160 tf (1600 kN) pressing force · Ø500 mm round / 450 mm square piles · 14 m sections · works just 1 m from walls and columns.

The CFZYJ160 is the workhorse of the range: full-size 14 m pile sections and Ø500 mm capacity, yet the whole press still operates with the pile center just one metre from a wall. It brings deep-foundation capability into renovation sites, factory extensions and dense urban blocks.

The CFZYJ160 clamps and presses 14 m pile sections with 1600 kN of hydraulic force. The self-walking chassis crawls along the jacking line and the 12 t built-in crane picks and pitches each section — a complete piling spread inside one compact machine.
With a required headroom of only section length + 0.6 m, it jacks deep piles under workshop roofs, canopies and along existing building lines where no crane or hammer rig could work.
