Hydraulic Static Pile Driver
Noiseless, vibration-free jacking of precast piles, 120–1200 t.
5 t – 20 t ram weight · high-energy impact driving for tubular, H and precast piles in bridge, wharf and marine works.
Our hydraulic piling hammers deliver a high-energy, frequency-variable blow through a fully enclosed hydraulic system. Compared with diesel hammers they cut noise and exhaust emissions dramatically, while giving the operator precise control over blow energy and rate for different pile and soil conditions.

The hammer works on a double-acting hydraulic principle: a nitrogen-charged accumulator stores energy on the up-stroke and releases it on the down-stroke, producing a powerful and repeatable blow. Blow energy and frequency are set from the cab, so the same hammer can drive a steel tube in sand and then switch to low-energy, high-frequency driving through stiff clay.
Because the unit is fully enclosed and hydraulically lubricated, there is no diesel combustion in the pile head — the result is lower noise, no black smoke and less wear on the pile itself.
Indicative values — final specification depends on your pile type and driving requirements.
